Enable creates and hosts innovative and imaginative large scale and community events in London’s most loved and visited parks. A team of "yes" people who work tirelessly to produce and host events in our varied venues that range from large parks to community halls. At Enable we produce a diverse mixture of ev

ents across the borough. From Battersea’s Famous Fireworks display in partnership with Wandsworth Council, to our local and accessible Christmas pantomime shows in Wandsworth Civic Suite. We also produce a number of community events, including the spectacular Summer in Battersea Park, Furzedown and Wandsworth Park series which see free live music, screenings, shows and more entertainment across the weekends. We also help brides achieve the weddings of their dreams, support local community group events – all amounting to over 300 events per year – we love to see clients' plans come to life. We reinvest the profit we make back into our community to maintain and grow the beautiful local green spaces and to strengthen and enrich local people’s lives, providing our own communities with year-round program of accessible, free or affordable activities.

Caring for a family member shouldn’t mean missing out on being young 💜

Across Wandsworth, thousands of young people quietly care for a parent or sibling. We wanted to give them something back!

Introducing Sidequest - a new free weekend space for young carers aged 12-18, running across Wandsworth from 12th September until 6th December.

It’s a chance to step away from caring for a few hours, meet other young people who understand, eat, relax and try something new every weekend, from DJ workshops and pamper sessions to sport, film and creative activities.

📍 Saturdays: Furzedown | Sunday: Roehampton
📅 Every weekend, 12th September - 6th December
💷 FREE, with snacks provided

Young people can also unlock a rewards package, including discounted gym memberships at Enable gym for 16-18s, plus discounts, offers and tickets from across the borough.

Free heart screening appointments are now open in South West London as part of Clarissa’s Campaign.

Created in memory of Clarissa Nicholls, who grew up in South West London and sadly passed away from an undiagnosed heart condition at just 20, the campaign helps young people access ECG heart screenings that can identify hidden cardiac conditions early.

Screenings will be taking place at several South West London locations, including Fulham FC, Bedford Hill GP and Wandsworth Civic Suite.

The screenings are delivered with Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), a charity working to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research.

Appointments are free and open to young people aged 14–35.
