Last night was the launch of This Is Rambert, celebrating Rambert 100th year of existence.

100 years is a long time, many people have come and gone, many shows have been created and toured. It’s nice to know I had a tiny part in a legacy this long. But the best part is doing alongside some really intelligent, smart and kind people who love what they do.

So proud to be producing this amazing project for

It’s really a privilege to be part of adapting this amazing story to the stage.
For those who don’t know, It’s A Sin tells the story of a group of friends in the early 80s who move to London in their early 20s to pursue their lives as artists (can definitely relate!) their community and the world is hit by the AIDS epidemic and their lives change forever.

I think this show will be so meaningful to a lot of people. Myself included!

We open at in Feb 2027!

In a lot of ways, success is harder to manage than failure, because it will require you to let go of some of the things that have led you there, which feels counterintuitive.

I’m dealing with this in a lot of different ways:
I’m used to doing everything myself, and the only way to grow from here is going to involve building a team.
I’ve been working from behind my laptop for some years now, and I know the next phase of growth means going out in the world more.
I’ve been hosting jams, and i want to do more, but it means i need to consciously look for opportunities and not just wait to get offered gigs.
And the list goes on…

It’s hard, but stagnating feels worse!
We got this 👊🏼💪🏼🫶🏻

BACK IN LONDON

I was listening to about improving social relationships, and the guest and she was talking about the need to stretch and strengthen social relationships and I loved this idea, and thought about how it applied to professional and personal development too.

Specifically, why the last 2 weeks have been so great. Because, I’ve been stretching a bit further than I have in the past. I feel energized, motivated and ready to take on the world!

Thank you x100000 to and .uk for the support and enabling me to live these unforgettable experiences

ISPA DIARIES DAY 6

On my way home and just thinking about how we have a tendency to want the full experience immediately, but that going slow, warming up, is also a valuable approach.

Thoughts?
