For this week’s , we’re excited to welcome Pür Cunda to the Miloco roster – a world-class residential recording destination on Cunda Island, off Türkiye’s’s North Aegean coast. Five studios, one island. Built for artists and teams who want to record, stay and create in one focused, inspiring place.
Pür features five distinct production environments, from a custom SSL 4000G+ with classic outboard and a 110 m² live room, to an ideal analog mastering suite and flexible smaller studios. Acoustic design is by Chris & Emily Walls of Level Acoustic Design (UK), with all spaces optimized for efficient workflows.
The complex also includes a Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 theater for spatial audio work. Sessions are supported by a dedicated in-house team led by classical producer and chief mastering engineer Pieter Snapper and chief engineer Arın Baykurt.
The 12-room boutique residence is spread across four beachfront buildings, offering contemporary Aegean comfort for guests. On site there’s a private jetty and crystal-clear waters, a heated outdoor pool, a restaurant serving North Aegean “coast to table” cuisine, and flexible packages for full production stays, writing camps, studio lockouts and private events, all managed by a dedicated host.
