CASA Festival London's festival of Latinx arts. We are a festival, we commission and we create. audiences.

CASA is an arts organisation whose central goal is to facilitate artistic and cultural exchanges between Latin America and the U.K. We showcase some of the beautiful, challenging and unique work being made both in Latin America and by the UK’s Latinx artists community. CASA champions innovative work in theatre, dance, music and film that might otherwise be left unseen by U.K.

Opening soon - INDEPENDENCE

A new exhibition with Débora Delmar and Ilê Sartuzi, curated by Gabriela Román González, examining agency, mobility, labour and cultural production through the lens of law.

Coinciding with a date marked by political friction in today’s geopolitical climate, the exhibition looks at the systems, contracts and obligations that shape how agency is granted, negotiated or withheld.

PV and closing event 4 July 2026 6-8pm. The Nook, Brixton House. The exhibition will be open from the 27th of June

On 4 July, CASA’s Lines of Flight programme returns to Brixton House with ‘Systems in Question’, a day of live performance, exhibition, and critical conversation.

Coinciding with a date marked by political friction in today’s geopolitical climate, the programme explores the structures that claim to organise and protect contemporary life, and what happens when they fail.

Join us for:

5:00 pm - ‘The Hollow Men’, a new live performance by Polo Farrera developed through the Systems in Question Live Art Residency.

The performance will be followed by a public conversation with artists, curators and invited guests.

6:00 pm - INDEPENDENCE, a new exhibition with Débora Delmar and Ilê Sartuzi examining agency, mobility, labour and cultural production through the lens of law.

From 7:00 pm - Stay for more conversations and drinks.

Doors open at 4:30 pm

On 4 July, CASA’s Lines of Flight programme returns to Brixton House with ‘Systems in Question’, a day of live performance, exhibition, and critical conversation.

Coinciding with a date marked by political friction in today’s geopolitical climate, we will be exploring the structures that claim to organise and protect contemporary life, and what happens when they fail.

Join us for:

🔥 Meet RIEKO
and join us THIS SATURDAY, 2:00 PM at Brixton House, to see her perform

RIEKO is part of the Diasporas Now collective, currently in residence at CASA’s Lines of Flight programme.

A Japanese-born artist and composer, her multidisciplinary practice moves through ritual performance, experimental music and collective forms of gathering and healing.

Through mythological world-building, curation and community building, her work explores alternative futures and cultural systems shaped through artist-led intuition.

As part of the residency, Diasporas Now is developing ‘Formula’: a live performance where collaboration, authorship and shared language unfold in real time.

and join us THIS SATURDAY, 2:00 PM at Brixton House, to see her perform.

Lulu Wang is part of the Diasporas Now collective, currently in residence at CASA’s Lines of Flight programme.

A Chinese interdisciplinary artist, Lulu draws from her heritage and digital subcultures to explore hybrid identities, social relationships and the connections that shape how we relate to one another.

Working across sculpture, installation and immersive choreography, her practice brings together technology, fashion and music.

As part of the residency, Diasporas Now is developing ‘Formula’: a live performance where collaboration, authorship and shared language unfold in real time.

✨ A glimpse into María Joranko’s practice, ahead of the exhibition ‘I’ve grown tired / I’ve grown hopeful’

OPENING THIS WEDNESDAY 13 May at 6:00 PM at Brixton House.

Working across sculptural installation, performance, video and sound, she creates fantastical worlds through digital and handmade processes.

Influenced by speculative storytelling, underworld narratives, femme fatales and the gothic, María’s practice moves through imaginaries that are both otherworldly and political. She combines and remixes natural and digital materials to imagine bodily connections between cyber and organic networks as sites of transformation and liberatory possibility.
