Our affordable facilities suit groups from 2 to 170 for training, AGM’s, meetings, conferences, parties and a multitude of ev

ents and activities. Hire charges range from £10-60 per hour. All five of the facilities are based in the Church Street ward of Westminster, with excellent transport links, the facilities are just a short walk from Marylebone, Edgware Road and Baker Street tube stations. We provide a personalised service with a range of additional services including catering and equipment hire to meet your needs. All facilities have disabled access. Vital Regeneration works with local partners to deliver a range of services that include social, leisure, cultural and educational activities for the local community, by booking one of our facilities you help to support this crucial service that we provide.
