A huge (albeit somewhat belated) thank-you to everyone who attended, promoted, donated towards, or otherwise supported our event on 15 September.
With a generous donation from Karamel London N22 that covered our costs, we were able to pass on the full value of all ticket sales (just under £500) to Child.org in order to help support children in some of the world's poorest communities. (This is addition to the £1,000 we raised via our "You've Got Kale!" challenge earlier in the year.)
Extra-special thanks to our performers, Carl Donnelly, Chris Stokes, Adele Cliff and Dave Chawner, and our volunteers Laura Candy, Louise Cheong and Badger Hawkins (of Badgers Vegan Kitchen). Not to mention the team at Charity Fast-Track, without whom this would have never happened. And Ellie Raison of Laughter london for their helpful advice.
