Earlier this week, we provided two actors for our client Chopard at Selfridges’ exclusive VIP private members club, 40 Duke, where a vintage Cannes Film Festival theme transported guests to the golden age of Hollywood.

Dressed in elegant black tie and armed with traditional clapperboards, our charismatic performers stepped into the roles of classic film directors, welcoming guests and guiding them to an exclusive catwalk show. Remaining in character the actors helped enhance the immersive nature of the event.

Part 2 of our events for 2BUK’s Incentive Travel Initiative last month, this time at the stunning Kensington Palace.

We brought together soprano Laura Wright and Urban Soul Orchestra, who collaborated on a bespoke set that moved seamlessly from classical to contemporary. Highlights included Ni**od, Kissing You from Romeo + Juliet and Adele’s Skyfall. Urban Soul Orchestra also performed a curated repertoire celebrating British composers and modern classics.

Guests were then treated to Gatsby 10-piece band, while a vintage taxi photobooth in the palace grounds captured memories from an unforgettable evening in one of London’s most iconic settings.

Last month, we had the pleasure of providing a variety of entertainment for a 2BUK client at the iconic Natural History Museum, welcoming incentive travel delegates from around the world.

Roaming brass band The London Strollers brought energy and atmosphere both inside and outside the venue, while the effervescent Jojo and her five-piece band delivered an unforgettable jazz set later in the evening.

A true labour of love for this event was Stories in Bloom - a stunning living art installation created exclusively by Sternberg Clarke inspired by the spirit of the Natural History Museum. Celebrating academia, nature, travel and exploration, the bespoke character featured books, vintage suitcases and magnifying glasses, evoking the great expeditions and discoveries of the past.

Intricate butterflies, crafted from vintage maps and book pages, paid tribute to journeys and discoveries from across the globe, while delicate LED lighting brought this eye-catching piece to life.

Last week we provided the wonderful Maddy for a bespoke pressed flower workshop with Berkeley Homes 🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼🥀🌹💐

Guests discovered the art of flower pressing while creating their own beautiful herbarium pieces to take home. Guided by Maddy’s expert tips and techniques, attendees enjoyed a mindful, hands-on experience that encouraged creativity, connection and a moment to slow down.

No artistic experience is required, making this workshop perfect for any event.

Having guided over 200 people through this beautiful craft, Maddy has previously worked with clients including Clerkenwell Design Week, Wacoal, and Scholastic UK.
