Mill House is RALLY’s cosiest corner, where leftfield sounds, deep selections and future classics come home.

Blink and you’ll miss it. Stay awhile and you won’t want to leave. Jazz trumpet gives way to peak-time dancefloor fuel. Cosmic vinyl explorations meet unexpected selections. This little tent comes alive - where heads gather, discoveries are made, genres blur and tempos shift.

This summer Mill House hosts another curated programme of boundary-pushing selectors, live innovators and cult favourites: Gabi Bobrovizki, Harri Pepper, Jonny Rock, Jump Source (live), Nabihah Iqbal and ゆ⃝か⃝ 𓂅 𓈒𓏸𓐍𖤣𖥧𖥣｡𖥧.

Soak up the soft, honeyed sounds of at RALLY 📲

Starting out in 2020 with lo-fi tracks recorded on her iPhone, South London’s dexter in the newsagent comes home, bringing her intimate pop to Channel stage, co-curated this year by .

Following the release of her debut EP I Do Love A Good Sandwich in 2021, dexter has built a reputation as an artist for those who listen closely. Her layered storytelling explores romance, grief and the pain and pulse of growing up, with her 2025 mixtape Time Flies threading acoustic textures with wistful lyricism that patiently traces the passing of time.

Fresh from her debut COLORS performance earlier this year and the standout track ‘dexters phone call’ on Jim Legxacy’s black british music (2025), dexter is an artist steadily coming into bloom.

One for the lovers and lost souls, find solace in her glow under the Southwark Park sky.

It’s city girl summer: settle in for at RALLY.

With a name lifted from the German for ‘Heartache’, Smerz make pop that feels hazy, intimate and beautifully unresolved.

Since emerging with the EPs Okey and Have Fun, Henriette Motzfeldt and Catharina Stoltenberg have carved their own alt-pop, where glossy surfaces blur into lo-fi edges, and influence runs from DJ Rashad and Rihanna to the TV show Girls. It’s music and a mood, folding minimal beats and hushed vocals into something that sits between club electronics and late-night reflection.

2025’s album Big City Life calls you into their world: the pulse of “Feisty”, the ache of “A Thousand Reasons”, the sleaze of “Roll The Dice”. Their track “You Got Time And I Got Money” also appears on the soundtrack to A24’s , a neat fit for a duo whose music can feel like the blurry emotional aftermath of a film you can’t quite shake.

Seeing them live is bewitching. Cool, whimsical, and nonchalant on stage, an uncanny intimacy lingers long after. Perfect for a summer night in the city.

Breaking down the quiet brilliance of .

Venerated producer and composer Dev Hynes has become one of the most defining voices in alternative R&B and modern pop over the past decade. Over the years, he has taken on several musical forms, previously part of dance-punk outfit Test Icicles and exploring solo work as Lightspeed Champion.

His evolution into Blood Orange, the project he continues today, has produced numerous beloved albums, including the acclaimed Essex Honey. This latest work only adds to a catalogue that has helped shape the sound and direction of a generation of artists.
