We deliver theatre workshops, summer courses and study abroad programmes led by West End professionals. West End On Demand was created by West End musical theatre performer Rachel Bingham in 2009. Today marked the first Acting The Song session of Semester 2026 with the incredible Alexandra Spencer-Jones ASJ 🎭✨

ASJ is an internationally acclaimed director, theatre-maker and writer, and brings an extraordinary wealth of professional experience and talent into the rehearsal room.

ASJ is Artistic Director of the award-winning Action To The Word, Associate Director of SIX in the West End and worldwide, and an Associate of Shakespeare’s Shakespeare's Globe

Directing credits include Much Ado About Nothing and Twelfth Night at Shakespeare’s Globe, A Clockwork Orange in London, New York and internationally, Bend It Like Beckham in the West End, The Wizard of Oz in the West End, and many more.

Such an exciting start to this strand of professional theatre training on our West End Semester in London.

Semester 2026 is here! 🎭✨
We’re so excited to welcome an incredible line-up of West End performers and industry professionals to West End On Demand’s Semester programme in London this autumn.

Our students will spend the semester training with professionals working at the highest level of the theatre industry, with weekly industry training, guest masterclasses, specialist sessions and West End audition training.

Delivered by West End On Demand - Theatre courses and West End workshops in partnership with Performing Arts Abroad 🎭 the students also train at Shakespeare's Globe and University of Roehampton as part of this amazing study abroad theatre semester in London.

We can’t wait to get started with our West End training. London, here we go! 🌟

What a fantastic morning working with SHE SHINES ON Dance Tours at the iconic Pineapple Dance Studios in London! 🎭✨
West End On Demand - Theatre courses and West End workshops was delighted to create and deliver a bespoke musical theatre workshop in London for the group, giving them the opportunity to train with Marisha Morgan Marisha currently playing Anne Boleyn in SIX the Musical in the West End.

There’s something incredibly special about giving emerging artists the chance to work directly with performers currently appearing on the West End stage, learning from their professional experience and gaining a real insight into professional theatre training in London.

A brilliant group, a fantastic West End theatre workshop and such a lovely day of musical theatre training in the heart of London. We hope to see you all again soon! 🌟
