New hand-building courses start next week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 7-9pm and we have lots of space on our Fridays 12-2pm course. Four weeks of creating with clay. All abilities welcome.

We have a course starting next week at 12-2pm on Fridays for four weeks.
End the working week with some creativity with clay.
All abilities are welcome to our friendly accessible ceramics studio.
These day time courses will be fairly quiet and so give you an opportunity to get plenty of support and space to make lots of wonderful pieces.

Fancy getting into the ‘back to school’ vibe and learning a new skill?
We have new classes starting on the week of September 16th for all abilities.
Our classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Plus we have a new course running on a Friday lunch time.
Classes are small and friendly, so you will get as much support as you need.

We still have spaces on our evening and day time courses starting next week. Why not try your hand at ceramics?

You don’t have to be artistic to be able to make lovely things with clay. It might just be that you need to get away from screens, or want to get an escape from the norm. Lots of our students find our classes a therapeutic outlet, an escape from their busy lives. A way a way to slow down and focus on using your hands to make things. It’s good for the soul and the mind. There’s a joy in drinking a brew from a cup you’ve made or putting a bunch of flowers in a vase that you built from scratch.

We think our studio is great. It’s a working space, so is never completely tidy (not like some of the gloriously clean studios you normally see on Instagram). But there’s always something new to look, be it student or teacher’s work. But the light from our huge windows gives it a lovely airy feel. And you can see the sunset over the glamorous landscape.

If you have ever thought you might like to try your hand at ceramics, we offer friendly classes of no more than 8 people. So you get as much support as you need whilst you make your creations.
