My potting collective has lost our studio. Our sacred space and inner sanctum! It’s being turned into a cafe.

We desperately need a new space in north / north east london. Does anyone have ideas? Spec for the space below. Obviously - p***ypots galore for anyone who can help.

Craig’s studio is where I put myself back together after a breakdown. It’s incredibly important to our community - we will be heartbroken if this spells the end.

The space can be super rough and unloved, it just needs to be:
- Ground floor
- Electricity and running water (cold is fine)
- North/northeast London (ideally around Finsbury Park)
- Maximum lease 3 years
- At least 50 sqm

Please share, and let me any ideas at all for how we could find a home! X
