Thinking about applying for the Candoco Fellowship?

We're looking for a D/deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent creative professional ready to deepen their leadership practice and bring their perspective to conversations about disability and dance.

Over 12 months, the Fellow will work across Candoco’s programmes, lead the creative development of our podcast Making Space, and develop an independent project exploring ideas that matter to them.

We’re looking for a host for Making Space - Candoco’s new podcast series exploring disability, dance, creativity and the conversations the sector needs to have. 🎙️✨

This isn’t just a presenting role. We’re searching for an artistic collaborator: someone curious, thoughtful and excited to help shape bold, honest conversations with artists across the disability arts and dance communities.

The opportunity is created for D/deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent creatives who want to shape thoughtful, challenging and generous conversations about disability and dance.

The Artistic Assembly is Candoco's model for distributing artistic direction across multiple D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent voices.

At least 75% of each Assembly will have lived experience of disability, ensuring disabled perspectives are central to Candoco’s artistic leadership, with each member being remunerated for their time.
