Have you ever thought...

"I'm not artistic enough for something like this."

Or perhaps...

"I'm not really a spiritual person."

I've heard both many times from people before they joined one of my online NeurographicAI workshops.

My answer is always the same.

You don't have to be artistic, and you don't have to believe in anything.

You simply allow yourself to follow a gentle, guided drawing process and see where it takes you.

What happens next often surprises people.

I've written about this in my latest Substack article, "You Don't Have to Believe It Will Work."

I'd love to know if this resonates with you.

The hardest part is rarely the drawing itself.

It's making the first mark.

In my latest Substack article, I explore something I've noticed time and time again in my NeurographicAI workshops: once the first line is made, hesitation begins to give way to curiosity.

Why is the second line often easier than the first?

Most people think they can’t draw.

I hear this all the time in my NeurographicAI workshops.

But it’s never really about drawing.

It’s about the blank page.

That moment where we hesitate and think:
“I don’t know where to start.”

So we begin simply.

With one line.

Not perfect. Not planned. Just the first mark that allows the process to begin.

And something always shifts from there.

The page stops feeling empty.

And attention moves from doubt… to curiosity.

This is how NeurographicAI begins, with a simple process that helps people move past hesitation and into creative exploration.

There is often a moment during a NeurographicAI drawing when something changes.

Not in the drawing itself.

In the person drawing it.

My latest article explores how a guided creative process can gradually become a personal practice of reflection, attention, and self-discovery.

Many people believe they need artistic talent to draw.

My latest NeurographicAI article explores a different idea: what if creativity begins not with talent, but with a simple process?

Discover why NeurographicAI starts with simple algorithms that anyone can learn.

I've just published a new page explaining the thinking behind NeurographicAI™ and the methodology that sits at the heart of my workshops.

People often ask what NeurographicAI is, how it works, and how it differs from traditional drawing approaches. This new page brings those ideas together in one place.

NeurographicAI combines structured drawing, creative exploration, reflective practice, and AI-supported insight to support wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

If you're curious about the method, the principles behind it, or the journey that led to its development, I'd love for you to take a look.

Most people think they can’t draw.

I used to hear this all the time and I completely understand why.

We’re often taught that drawing is about talent, precision, or getting things “right.” But what if it isn’t?

My latest NeurographicAI piece explores a different way of seeing drawing not as performance, but as process. Something simple. Something human. Something you can actually begin without knowing how it will end.

I’ve also shared a short video showing the process in action, where a single flowing line slowly becomes a complete drawing.

If you’re curious, you can read/watch it here:

I’d love to know what you notice when you watch it :)

What if drawing was never about talent, but about attention, curiosity, and the simple act of making a mark on a page?
