We had an absolute ball previewing Alcatraz at New Horizon Youth Centre today.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at New Horizon for all your help, and all young people who came to see it. Our feedback was 'don't cut anything, make it 2 hours long instead'.

We have some exciting news...

After two applications & a lot of hard work, we are excited to announce that Alcatraz will be funded by Arts Council England.

Special thanks to anyone who donated to our CrowdFunder or came to our Fundraisers, your help meant we met our ACE Requirements.

We are super excited about our final fundraising event happening TOMORROW night at Blue Elephant Theatre 😊

We have our wonderful final two acts to announce as well! Finishing the line up are the fantastic Ema Boswood and Ellie Westbrook 🎉

Ema Boswood is an award winning performance artist and comedian. Award winning in the sense that she won ‘Varndean School Funniest Girl’ at her high school leaver’s assembly almost a decade ago and hasn’t stopped going on about it since. She makes spooky performance art and tells jokes about sh****ng.

Ellie is a weird theatre maker human who is loves to wobble around on stage and sing. She recently took her first ever one-woman show Big Berg to Edinburgh and thinks she has recovered? She trained at LISPA in Berlin, has worked with lots of interesting people like the Belarus Free Theatre, the Living Theatre, PaperMash Theatre, Moxie Brawl, Damsel Productions + Waste Paper Opera.
