Host Avril Freck (aka Fiona Lindsay) and a company of wonderful women – Psychotherapist Sasha Bates, Singer and Musician Juliette Pochin and DJ Cookie, will guide you through an exploration of the challenges and adventures of mid-life love, romance and facing yourself, every Avril Freck evening.

Avril Freck brings together 3 unlikely women:

A psychotherapist, a mezzo soprano and a DJ as she creates a cocktail of conversation, story and music in her desire to explore love and aloneness.

Mezzo Soprano and composer , Juliette Pochin has sung all over the world and we’re honoured that she will be bringing her beautiful voice into the intimacy of Crazy Coqs.

Sasha Bates is a practising psychotherapist who books on loss, grief and yoga have supported thousands of people. We’re delighted that she’s going to help us join the dots of our misguided thoughts.

DJ Cookie is a force of nature. As owner and director of fitness company SPN, she runs classes and global retreats whilst also playing out her passion for music through her work as a DJ. The tracks she’s laid down for the show remind us of our need for dance!
