Letā€™s chat about photos šŸ“·

Iā€™ve found capturing a painting in a photo to be incredibly challenging. The slightest change in lighting can completely alter the real colours and picking up 3D texture in a 2D image just never reflects how the painting looks in real life.

This week the wonderful Leona Jade Lawrenson managed to change that and took these wonderful images which I feel really reflect the true paintings. Incredibly grateful to be able to show you the detail and texture these paintings actually have šŸ–¤ thank you for bringing them to life!

Leona and I used to perform together in my previous (dancer) life and it felt so special to have our two creative worlds colliding again almost a decade later šŸ«¶
