REX is the digital interface that controls the city’s systems and energy, powered by an all-natural generator known as The Genny.

He’ll greet you on arrival.
He’ll sell you stuff stuff stuff.
He’ll keep the city’s surveillance in order.

Basically, REX makes sure EVERYTHING IS FINE for your perfect day out.
