Good evening family,
This is an update regarding the funeral process for Tatenda. We are currently in the process of registering his death in order to obtain his death certificate. Until this is completed, we are unable to plan any specifics.
Once his death is registered, Nyaradzo will begin planning the repatriation process. Only then will we have specific dates for travel. At the moment, we are planning a church service at Nyaradzo, and on the same date, we are arranging a venue for all of Tatenda’s loved ones to gather and pay their respects before he goes to Zimbabwe. All of this will be possible once the death certificate has been issued and Nyaradzo has begun their process.
We are hopeful that by next week we will start having specific dates for these events.
Tatenda will be buried in Zimbabwe. For those who wish to accompany him, we will provide updates as soon as possible so you can plan and get your tickets. I would advise those who want to go with him to please bear with us. Once we know anything, I will let you know soon.
