Downsizing your piercing at the correct time is super important. Us piercers aren’t just saying it for the sake of it, it’s actually a necessary part of your healing journey.

As you can see from the video even a week and a half later the bump was gone.
Irritation bumps unfortunately can be a part of the healing process, your body has be subjected to trauma, a wound has been made and a foreign body has been placed inside it for art.
The usual causes are moisture, oil, makeup, sleeping on them, fiddling and of course not downsizing at the correct time.

These piercings are semi to permanent depending on the person. I’ve had mine since 2012 but not everyone will be so lucky, it all depends on our personal situations and how well our bodies accept the piercing.

I’m moving studios beginning of September. My final day Misty Rose Tattoo Eltham will be on the 9th then I’ll be spending the next few days moving my equipment and jewellery over to the new location.

My first week TATTOOMA LONDON Portraits/realism/colour/black&grey Sidcup will be week beginning 14th September. I’m only moving to Sidcup so I’m 11 minutes from eltham highstreet. The studio is located opposite the train station. It’s actually just 28 minutes from London Bridge aswell so a direct line for those of you who travel.

I can’t wait to see you all at the new studio. I’ll be offering all my usual piercing and permanent jewellery services.

Im obsessed. Sitting pretty like it’s simply made to be there.

Semi healed flat piercing with a hammered heart, few months into healing now and doing amazing.

It’s important to take your time and trust the process when it comes to healing. It’s not always linear or simple. What works for one person may not work for another. Always speak to your piercer about aftercare.

I’ve been struggling with what to write and where to begin with this, but I need to just go for it.

Im leaving Misty Rose Tattoo Eltham after almost a decade of working there. Unfortunately situations have changed and financially I won’t be able to continue working at the studio.
This is not a decision I have made lightly as this has been my home for 9 years. I’m so thankful for every single one of you that I’ve met and pierced at Misty’s but it’s time for a new chapter.

Don’t panic thou, I’m not going far, I’m still piercing and offering permanent. I’ll just be at a different location. I’ll be located just an 11 minute drive away TATTOOMA LONDON Portraits/realism/colour/black&grey Sidcup in sidcup . This is right opposite sidcup train station and on a busy bus route so I’m still accessible for everyone to come and see me if you wish to follow me to the new studio.

The plan is to start here 14th September, I’ve got a few guest spots and shows coming up in between.
Fresha will be updated with the new address as will my Google reviews page, website and my instagram just before I make the move.

I’ll be working my usual hours over the next few weeks at Misty’s please use the link in my bio if you are looking to book in while I am still in Eltham.
Please bear in mind any bookings made after the 14th will be in sidcup, your welcome to book in for these aswell.
