I was talking to my dad today about the reality on the ground for kids like James. People talk about "learning loss" after COVID, but they don't realize the sheer scale of the Infrastructure Collapse.
We have a whole generation who lost their formative, structural "handshakes" during the lockdowns. They’ve returned to a system that has no recovery plan. We’re seeing classes with 22 different teachers in a single year. Zero consistency. Zero mentorship.
If a server had that much interference, you’d pull the plug.
The Diagnosis Trap: Right now, if a kid is Dyslexic, Dyspraxic, or suspected ADHD, they are looking at a 3-year wait for an official diagnosis. By the time the paperwork clears, the system has already deleted them. They aren't "failing"—the legacy motherboard they are plugged into simply can't process their bandwidth.
Project Goliath CIC is the External Processing Unit (EPU).
