Anyone can be a pirate. Why? Because this is board game life, and it’s absolutely brilliant. 🏴‍☠️

We showed up to for the first time as HOUF Games… and left with a lot more than we expected. 🙏

Meeting the UK board game community face-to-face reminded us why we’re building this in the first place. The passion, the creativity, the conversations, the knowledge… it’s a special space to be part of.

We had meaningful feedback, real connections, and a lot of moments that pushed our thinking forward. Safe to say, this was just the beginning. 💥👊🏽

Already taking notes, refining our plans, and thinking about how we show up even stronger next year.

HOUF is just getting started.

Penguins are having a moment… and ours just made the move 🐧♟️
Nothing matters. Except this meeple.

Every chapter is a game we don’t fully control.
Some moves bring wins.
Some bring lessons.

The table goes quiet.
Cards stay where they are.
Nothing needs to be fixed right now.

This round is complete.
Rest belongs here too.

Happy new year everyone! Stay shiny, stay in the game!
