Gathering is a celebration and a consolidation of performance artist-led culture, grounded in discourse and embodied practice incorporating projects, organisations, relationships, expanding networks, potentials, intergenerational dialogue and learning.

This event provides rare opportunities to learn about historic and current artist-led activity, to witness, to experience, to create, to network, to be embodied, and contribute to a welcoming intergenerational creative community.

This iteration of Gathering features workshops by Alastair MacLennan, and James King & Brian Patterson of Bbeyond. Presentations by artist / organisers Dr Veronica Cordova de la Rosa - LAPER, Dyana Gravina - Procreate / IKLECTIC Art Lab, Brian Patterson - BBeyond and Pierce Starre - SPILL YER TEA. There will be a collective performance jam for all attendees with a warm up provided by James King, and a programme of performances by Kris Canavan, Helen Davison, Christine Donaghy, Beth Greenhaigh, Sorcha Keeve, Elaine McGinn, Ash McNaughton and Tess Wood.

This event is commissioned by BBeyond, and co-organised by Performance Platform and BBeyond, and incorporates the initiation of the BBeyond NI-GB Performance Art Network. The Connect Fund is a Northern Ireland Office (NIO) initiative launched in June 2025 to strengthen East–West civic collaboration between Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

The venue has limited disabled access and gender-neutral bathrooms.
