The Faustian bargain is no longer just a myth. It is our current reality.
I am relaunching The Last Faust. Not because the work has changed, but because the world has.
In a moment where AI is reshaping culture, work, and human identity, this cinematic adaptation of Goethe’s allegory feels more urgent than ever. Faust himself finds redemption. Society may not.

My three works, two oils and a watercolor titled “NYC”, revisit the classic theme of the n**e woman before the mirror, now set in an urban landscape.

Inspired by Helmut Newton’s Bergström over Paris, often compared to Velázquez’s Rokeby Venus, these pieces explore the interplay between gaze and reflection.

Here, beyond awareness and voyeurism, the woman’s glance meets her own image in a moment of self-reflection.
This threshold, where seeing and perceiving meet, echoes the ideas explored in my series The Space Between, a suspended zone where identity, presence, and vision intersect.
