A 1-2-1 crit and group crits with Narbi, Critical Context and Professional Practice seminars, and a peer group forum throughout. The course leads on to CRITICAL CONTEXT (PG2).

"So You Proved Your Point."

The title of this painting comes from spoken interviews recorded in County Durham in 1991–92. Narbi Price paints former colliery sites as acts of memory and witness. "I'm somewhere between a landscape painter and a history painter," he says. "A painting is a literal record of the time made to make it."

ALUMNI MONDAY

Fiona Stewart's painting 'Cloud Dancer' has been selected for the RWA Annual Exhibition at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol.

Bringing together more than 500 contemporary works, the RWA Annual Exhibition celebrates an exciting mix of emerging and established artists, with work spanning painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, sculpture, architecture and mixed-media installation.

A fantastic achievement for Fiona, and wonderful to see our alumni represented alongside artists from across the UK and beyond. Congratulations, Fiona! 👏
