Accessibility is taking centre stage at , where we have been working with to learn how to support audiences members living with sight loss.
During a session with the Sighted Guide Training experts, our customer experience team learnt the skills, language and confidence needed to safely guide people that might need this support. Staff used blindfolds to understand how to guide each other up and down stairs, to seats in the auditorium, and around bar areas in the historic West End building. We're happy to say that they all played the part of 'sighted guide' expertly!
