Researched commissioned by BobCat Gallery and conducted by the team at Roehampton University, with support from Business, Innovation and Grown (BIG) South London, has now been published in the journal Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity, and the Arts. The team delved into evidence from over a decade of international studies to highlight the benefits of placing art in the workplace - not just as decoration, but to provide measurable benefits for employees.

Evidence shows that the thoughtful inclusion of artwork in offices and other workspaces has the potential to improve employee wellbeing and reduce everyday stress, and may also positively impact employee productivity, creativity and commitment to their organisation.
