Edinburgh based dance group ‘Flowers of Ukraine’ captured during the launch of Centre, Edinburgh 🎉

During the amazing showcase, audiences were treated to a beautiful performance presented by by the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain, celebrating Ukrainian culture, tradition and community through dance and traditional dress.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Cultural Heritage Live: in celebration of the inaugural 2026 🎉

Hosted by the incredible , the event brought communities together for a vibrant day of fashion, dance, music and cultural celebration.

Audiences enjoyed an exciting programme celebrating the diversity that calls London home through cultural runway shows, live performances, traditional and contemporary dance, music and community showcases from around the world.

A huge thank you to all performers, participants, community groups, creatives, partners and guests who helped make the event such a success. Your energy, creativity and passion created a powerful celebration of heritage, identity and community spirit.

Special thanks to The Mayor of Haringey, Councillor Ahmed Mahbub, for his encouraging words and for joining in the celebrations by walking the runway 🥳🥳
