Clay’s out, cheese is in - I’m making a cheddar cheese pot! I can’t ‘throw’ cheese like I traditionally would clay as it will break up. Instead I’m using the technique of ‘turning’ where you cut into the cheese with tools. Most delicious time i’ve ever spent on the wheel 🧀 Next time, chocolate. Perhaps in the future, cheese & chocolate workshop parties could be available!!
