ZANTROX AND STOCKBROKER a film I made with Marcus Wilding, Peter Waldeck and Paul Elliott has got the silent treatment in the best way: a screening at the amazing .filmfestival 17-18 October.

Telling the story of an old childhood friend who turns up unannounced in the life of a high flying Stockbroker (Marcus Wilding) but after a disastrous afternoon's attempt at re-kindling the old magic, they part ways once again. Originally part of the 'Jim and Heinz' canon and told in over 100 still images, the original 2009 film has been specially re-cut in a dialogue-free version for this very special event. Thanks to for giving this film a new medium!

The fun continues with the transparent projection film! It seems front projection from slightly below (with keystone correction) is the best way to avoid getting a hotspot from the reflection of the projector lens. Should be interesting how this lot comes out on film.
