“Nothing is forever.”
Today took me back to 2020/21 — clearing my partners life, so many things once treasured, collected, protected… and in the end, they became just things—silent reminders, meaningless to everyone

We spend years dreaming and attaching to possessions. But time has a way of stripping life back to its truth.

2012 → 2026. When five studios become two.

So many versions of my work life were based here—so many emotions and challenges. The memories we carried forward. The growth that survived every storm.

Time and our lives are all we truly have.
Everything else can disappear in a moment.

Evolution is learning to hold life gently — appreciating it while we can

After years under the arches, this moment feels emotional, reflective, and full of memories.

But this is not the end.
It’s an evolution. 🌞

Saying goodbye is never easy. But Loughborough Junction, we’re not saying goodbye — we’re evolving. 💜

Evolving to begin new adventures in culture and Carnival. And the good news? We’re still based in Lambeth!

Today, our Director, Ray ofSunshine , closed the doors of our Community Art Centre (2012–2026) for the final time. In his words, it was “a pensive moment in my career.”

But as one door closes, another opens. 🌞

🎨✨ Today, the final piece of carnival art left the building.

What began as a vibrant celebration of color, creativity, and imagination has now completed its journey. Every painted panel, every bold brushstroke, and every whimsical design helped bring the spirit of the carnival to life.

As the last artwork heads to its new home, we’re feeling proud of what was created and grateful to everyone who was part of the process.
