Week 3 of the Green Enfield Film Project with Artist Lockdown.

Over the past three weeks we’ve been working with young people aged 14–19 at Enact Community in Enfield, introducing them to filmmaking and helping them learn how stories are created through camera, lighting and collaboration.

Together we’re developing ideas and practical skills that will lead to filming in some of Enfield’s green spaces, giving the group the chance to create their own short films while exploring the local environment.

Projects like this are only possible with support.
Thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund for helping make this programme happen and giving young people in Enfield the opportunity to learn creative skills and tell their own stories.

Thank you to everyone who came to the first Artist Lockdown gig at Waltham Cross Baptist Church.
Trio performed an outstanding set of Turkish and Kurdish folk music.
This was the first step in our transformation project. We turned the Waltham Cross Baptist Church hall into a warm, intimate concert space. We will continue transforming everyday spaces into arts spaces for the North London community.
