I worked at Sephora for over 7 years, and last week I was fired — simply because I refused to come in on my day off and do yet more overtime.
And you know what… I don’t care anymore!

Management always asked us to say as little as possible about internal processes and upcoming launches. But now I’ve got nothing to lose, so read carefully!

Sephora has a tradition: every autumn the Advent Calendar comes out — and 2025 is no exception. It’s a calendar with 24 windows and surprises from top brands (skincare, make-up, fragrances, haircare, accessories). To gather feedback, they often launch forms and surveys for the most interested customers — it helps understand what people really like.

Most people don’t even know about these opportunities, because the info spreads mostly “through friends” and in closed communities — the ones in the loop get in first.

Officially, it looks simple: launch, a page on the site, then a quick sold out. But in reality there’s a calmer route: answer a couple of simple questions on the site and confirm delivery — and you can get the calendar for a small service fee. 😱
