Tempted to call in sick and head back to Margate!😎 Had the most spectacular day with artists, the sea and that Margate vibe.

Caught this dynamic duo at last night’s opening of “A Stitch in Time.”✨

Through experimentation and
play, these artists weave, stitch, and thread textiles into their paintings creating a connection with the natural world.

Completely taken by this endearing show by Matt Bollinger. “Dawn” is a hand-painted, stop-motion animation that’s lonely, funny, sad and real all at the same time.

Dawn has been living in her car and Bollinger thoughtfully and tenderly captures the ups and downs of her daily life, as she attempts to make her way to her job at a CVS pharmacy in New York.

Known for his representation of ordinary life today, Bollinger’s work centres around the everyday struggles and small amounts of connection we experience in contemporary life due to tech, economic and political pressures.
