For testing, I tried to put the keyboard through its paces as much as I could. Typing wasn’t hard since I do a lot of that anyway. My last three reviews plus this one have all been done on the BlackWidow V4 Pro and it performed brilliantly.

So, how does the melding of belts and gears fare in the T248? Pretty well actually. I couldn’t find any official confirmation of how much power the wheel can output aside from Thrustmaster claiming it’s 70% more than its cheaper T148 model, so I only have my own feelings to go on, but I found the T248 more than capable of pumping out enough force feedback for someone like myself. At around 90% FFB the wheel begins to clip, meaning it would start to lose detail and feeling.

Over the last quarter, Sony has shipped 6.3 million Playstation 5’s, the second biggest quarter for the console with the biggest being the prior quarter which had the benefit of Christmas boosting sales. That 6.3 million number also makes the PS5 the highest-selling console ever in that quarter and brings the total number of PS5s shipped to 38.4 million, which also makes Sony’s machine the 17th best-selling console. By comparison, the Xbox Series X/S sits at 24th with an estimated 18.5 million consoles sold.
