Through painting, sculpture, mixed media, and photography, this powerful exhibition provides a vital window into a rapidly evolving segment of contemporary Cuban art. Each artist moves beyond simple representation to true assertion—giving voice to deeply personal narratives of repression, resilience, and reemergence, while reframing historically silenced perspectives as central to Cuba’s cultural narrative.
