The London Dance Company was the brainchild of Aaron Dwyer and was founded in 2012. The company’s mission is to combine the elements of dance and movement into a fitness and lifestyle brand which caters for all ages and fitness levels, as well as professionals in the creative industry. ss all his life and has a firm belief of the results that can be achieved when dance is the foundation of fitness. Based in Central London, The London Dance Company host a series of different dance classes from around London in venues such as Zoo Bar, Bar Rumba and Ruby Blue. Classes currently include Ballet and Barre, Jazz Fitness and Zumba and are taught by professionally qualified and passionate instructors. In classes taught by Aaron Dwyer, clients will receive individual attention ensuring the class is fun, rewarding and that each person is getting the most out of their workout. All clients will leave the studio feeling happier, more energetic and with regular attendance will develop better posture, greater co-ordination, the ability to pick up steps and a longer, leaner physique. As well as our classes, our instructors are available for personal one-one training and can be booked for home and/or office visits. Benefits of this include proper correction and alignment of the body and of ensuring you are working the correct muscle groups which will ensure you are getting the maximum benefits according to your ability.
