COME SEE! DARCY WHENT’S (Darcy Whent) solo exhibition “Soft Bodies, Hard Frames” ongoing at our West Palm Beach Gallery until October 24, 2026.
Whent’s figures appear alternately innocent and authoritative, naive and knowing, caught between girlhood and womanhood. ‘I am interested in how qualities tolerated or encouraged in girls, imagination, silliness, dependence, vulnerability, can later be used to diminish women or deny them credibility,’ she explains.
Across Whent’s paintings, hair captures this bind. Depicted as long, luscious and perfectly waved, it becomes both familiar and strange, symbolic of comfort and desire as well as oppression and restraint.

Currently on view in Berlin, Bertram Hasenauer’s (Bertram Hasenauer) contemplative paintings demand slow looking. Seen together, the paintings create a quiet sense of wonder. Each time we return to the work, something seems to have changed: a detail reveals itself, another vanishes, a face becomes more distinct or melts into nothingness.

“Trickster” is on view at Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery Berlin until 31st November.

Last hours! Today is the is the last day to see Eileen Cooper’s (Eileen Cooper) solo exhibition “Learning To Fly”

In Cooper’s world, flight is not an escape but a process: an ongoing negotiation with uncertainty, where creativity and freedom emerge not despite instability, but through it.

Don’t miss Sabrina Bockler’s (SABRINA BOCKLER) salon exhibition, currently on view in West Palm Beach until 24th October

Bockler reimagines the domestic sphere through lush, surreal paintings that recall 17th-century Dutch still lifes. Her work draws from artists like Balthasar van der Ast and Rachel Ruysch, but adds a surreal, Lynchian twist that transforms familiar imagery into something both alluring and uncanny. With meticulous detail and painterly flair, Bockler explores the tension between abundance, beauty, and unease, creating decadent tableaux that both seduce and disturb.

OPENING SOON! RALF KOKKE’S (Ralf Kokke) solo exhibition “Candy for Crocodiles” opens at our Tower Bridge Gallery on October 7, 2026

In a tropical landscape a female figure sits nestled within a tree. In her hand she holds a bunch of flowers – a gift or an offering to the jaws that creep perilously close to her feet. The jaws belong to a crocodile, its body, larger than the figure’s, at once part of the landscape and a hook or snare. This is Candy for Crocodiles, the titular work of Ralf Kokke’s solo exhibition at Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery, which explores the tension between childhood fantasy and the passage of time.

Tomorrow is the final day to see Eileen Cooper’s (Eileen Cooper) solo exhibition “Learning To Fly”

Learning to Fly leads us through spaces – and states – of transition and creativity. Cooper has spent the last five decades exploring different aspects of the female experience by weaving together autobiographical elements with references from mythology, fairy tales and art history. She sees the female character in her paintings as an archetypal figure through whom she channels different emotions, often reflecting on women’s work and creative expression.
