I Donβt Know Why Iβm Crying
J U N E 1 & 2 @ 9:00PM
TOMORROW. FOR TWO NIGHTS ONLY.
The year is 2143. Two stuffy dragged-up male historians from an absurdist future guide us through an archival video artefact: Ate Bush, a lost drag queen lip syncing through the pandemic-stricken city.
Combining film, drag, a killer Kate Bush catalogue and a camp sci-fi background, I Donβt Know Why Iβm Crying celebrates and critiques our sometimes misguided, sometimes fruitful, but always insatiable impulse to make meaning of the circumstances we face.
