Clothing: Please wear well-fitting, flexible sportswear suitable for gymnastics movement. Clothing must not have buttons, zips, buckles, or hard parts that could catch on equipment or cause injury.
As some skills may involve physical support or spotting, please avoid loose tops, crop tops, or strappy garments. A fitted T-shirt or similar top that stays in place is ideal and helps ensure safe and professional hands-on coaching when needed.
There are no fixed prerequisites for this workshop. I coach progressively and will work from each participant’s current ability level on the day. The session will be structured so that exercises and skill progressions can be adjusted up or down as needed.
If participants have specific skills they’d like to work toward, it would be helpful for them to share what they'd like to work on and their current experience level in advance so I can have in mind appropriate progressions and support.
Please remind people to keep expectations realistic. ie don't ask me to teach a tuck back somersault to someone who can't do a backward roll
