Calling all Matilda The Musical Fans …

Breaking The Fourth will be hosting a very special Matilda The Musical workshop on the 17th of June. This one also has a WEST END twist as we will be joined by the very talented and kind Elliot Harper.

Elliot is currently playing the role of Miss Trunchbull in the West End at the Cambridge Theatre London.

We are beyond grateful that he has taken the time out of his jam packed schedule to answer our burning questions on life as a performer and starring on the big stage.

Yesterday on an early morning train ride from Cornwall to London Paddington I re-read an old interview from Notion by Laviea Thomas.

I could not stop smiling when reading this. At one point, as cheesy as it sounds I had goosebumps. The positivity, passion, warmth and focus of this artist simply bounced off the page.

Layton Williams is a complete powerhouse in the world of theatre, screen acting, screen writing and business. An undeniable triple threat who is deeply inspirational. From playing Billy Elliot at the age of twelve to starring and writing in the hit series Bad Education as Stephen Carmichael. Layton is showing us how staying true to yourself, following your dreams, creating opportunity and being bold can propel you into a bright future.

It was our absolute pleasure to welcome Layton Williams to Breaking The Fourth for a workshop with our students. My gratitude is immense. Thank you for making us smile and for making us believe.

This week we welcomed .beauty for a character makeup workshop. We watched a fabulous demonstration and then went on to create our own designs using all her tips and tricks.
