A bit late to be sharing the news but what a wonderful surprise it was to win TWO fantastic awards from London Pub Theatres last month!

BEST TWO HANDER
for The Sociable Plover (May 2025)

So grateful to have worked with such brilliant people on our 20th anniversary revival of a gripping dark comedy & receive the support of the original team. Huge congrats to director and co-star set designer lights & sound from and operator Jordan Moffat. Thanks to for their kind support of the production too. And then to receive a COMMENDATION FOR EXCELLENCE for SERVICES TO THE MACABRE was an extra special delight!

I've been a huge fan of horror theatre for years and loved taking part in various festivals but then to create my own with has been such a rewarding experience these last FOUR years.

And I could not have kept up with it without the truly brilliant, hard-working and horror-loving and so I would like to dedicate this award to her too - as well as everyone I've worked with on shows such as It's Behind You! Triskaidekaphobia, MIDWYNTAR, Pilgrimage & Digging Up Appearences - it's a real passion and I hope to continue championing live horror on the UK stage!

Finally recovering from GrimFest 2025... šŸ’€

Time to thank our wonderful audiences who came to see 'DIGGING UP APPEARENCES' last week. We were thrilled with the reaction our silly scary sequel to the classic sitcom recieved!

A huge thanks to the impeccable Anton Tweedale for diving into this ludicrous project with aplomb & dedication - a fantastic performer to collaborate with who provided all the best ideas that made the script such a success! Truly the finest actor to bring Sheridan Bucket into the spotlight at last.

And thank you also to the wonderful Harry Al-Adwani for stepping in at short notice to operate the show AND provide superior vocal performances from the tech box. What a star! As is Benedict Esdale for programming our lights and being a constant source of support & enthusiasm!

Thanks also to the incredibly talented and ever reliable Katie Gabriel Allen for the superb artwork. The poster was perfection! We are so very grateful for all her hardwork and artistry.

And thank you to Nina Atesh at GrimFest and the whole bar team & managers at the Old Red Lion for allowing us to make our maddest dreams a reality! We hope this isn't the last you've seen of Hyacinth...
