Nida Vohra's fantastic new play comes to us for three nights only.

On a forgotten High Street, Pakistani newsagent Malik Khan is running his business into the ground. His family are concerned. The food is out-of-date, packages are missing and he’s tired of staying competitive. An inventor at heart, the shop was never his true calling.

His only real friend is Terri, a homeless woman, endlessly shuffled between shelters and social workers. Longing to get clean, she finds refuge in light hearted banter with Malik at the shop. Despite having little in common, they are both victims of a system that has failed them.

Tonight...
...we have The Obituary. A brand new play by Xinyu Lu. Three siblings return to their old family house before it is demolished, with one hour to complete a property report. What begins as paperwork becomes a fight over memory, migration, and who gets to decide what a family is worth.

With live music, live video projection and three lovely performances this beautiful show comes to us for one night only as part of SEFest 2026. Don't miss it!

It's a bank holiday weekend and what better way to spend it than partying with us at The Bridge House?

From 3pm on Sunday we're celebrating our Executive Director's 10th birthday and raising funds for our panto. Performances, raffle, auction and good food and drink. Come down and join us!

In the evening we're getting camp with FUN & GAYMES. Drag superstars That Girl and Shar Cooterie are joined by local shot girl and ticket tearer Bla Bla Gabor for an evening of silly games, sillier songs and prizes!

The final show of SEFest 2026 is SISTERLAND

Petra is selling her knickers, Lara is mid crisis and Michelle has gone so far off the rails it’s rural. During a girl’s night out, Lydia escapes to the toilet fearing the worst, whilst all Cassie wants is some toilet roll.
In the magical land of the club toilets; worlds collide. A revolving bathroom door invites us into the sanctuary of the loos, and the hours in which five women find themselves retreating there. As late-night turns to early morning, we bear witness to problems faced, appearances undone, and how female friendship can be built in moments of vulnerability.

Jay’s search for the truth will take him through a world of struggling teachers and wild conspiracy theories, accompanied by his best mate Param.
