I wish they taught this in school…

We all have fear — we all experience it. Acknowledging this creates connection & trust.

Ps. Does a tougher crowd than 15yo exist?

It’s funny but…

✨We say social media is bad for kids, but forget how destructive it can be for adults too✨

The thing is — our phones are designed to be addictive…

I recently heard that red notification dots 🔴 and endless scroll are built just like casino slot machines

Keeping you hooked for the chance of a reward

🎰 🎰 🎰

And just like those machines, our phones keep us checking — Spilling our attention in the hope of a little dopamine hit

from a new ‘like’, a ‘comment’ or ‘follow’ 🤑

So if you get stuck scrolling for hours, it’s not because you’re weak-willed…

It’s because very smart people🔬have learned how to weaponise our basic desires & biology 🧬

But once you know this… you can start to take back control

Here’s what helps me:

⇨ No phones near me when I sleep
⇨ Daily moments with zero screens
⇨ Time in nature — no phone, no music, just the sound of my own steps

I don’t always do this but when I do..

✓ I sleep better
✓ Feel focused
✓ I’m energised

What about you?

How do you reclaim your time and attention — or are you still trying to figure it out too?

Here’s what I learned…

Feeling stuck has nothing to do with lacking skill or courage. Deep down — you’ve got both. You know you do.

Because when life has put your back against the wall,
and it’s do or die… you act. Every time.

So why, on a normal Tuesday, do you feel like you’re spinning…
procrastinating… losing momentum?

Here’s the truth:
You’re not lazy.
You’re living inside a pattern of old beliefs.

That’s what I had to face.

For years I carried this belief that I wasn’t allowed to follow my ideas. I grew up in a strict home — ideas shut down, feelings minimised.

So when it came time to act, my chest tightened.
I felt overwhelmed… like I couldn’t trust my own instincts.

How did I break it?

Not with more discipline
Not with fighting the feeling
Not with 5am morning routines

The real shift came when I got clear on what I actually wanted out of life. And I learned the only way to access that clarity… is intuition.

Your inner compass.
The quiet voice inside that already knows the way.

When I began practicing intuitive meditation each morning,
my joy came back.

My goals became clearer.
Taking action stopped feeling heavy.

If you’re ready to stop procrastinating
and learn how to tap into your intuition…

I truly believe life changes when you follow your heart

AND….

It takes bags of courage to do that

Thing is… I grew up fearful of speaking my mind.

Wanting to avoid being laughed at or even told off

BUT, the beauty of getting older is recognising HOW do I want to live.

To live in fear of others is a sad life.

To pursue what I love and risk ridicule … I think that’s worth it.

What do you think?

A common mistake:
Thinking confidence is
having zero doubt

It’s not that

Confidence is being
comfortable with all
feelings:

*focused/ doubtful
*happy / sad
*up / upside down

Lack of self-worth is the biggest killer of your ideas and ex*****on...

I spent most of my life believing I had little to offer

• In school I wasn’t cool enough

• In uni I wasn’t clever enough

• In work I wasn’t skilled enough

I later realised that I spent all my time focused on what I was missing — obsessed with what others had that I was lacking

That I was missing out on what I had

Then I learned that Self-worth is an inside job.

It’s having heart, desire and the courage

To pursue a meaningful life

Following what’s true in your heart

What you want out of life matters.

When you go for what you want — that’s the definition of self-worth
