Melanie Palmer Quirky humorous print design with an Afro-Carib twist. Print/textiles, felt maker & knitwear designer obsessed with colour and creating fun characters

I have always had a love for colourful quirky print design and creating fun characters which is exactly what you will find in my online shop. As a child I made clothes for my Barbie dolls and sold them in the playground for 10p (not bad for a full length ballgown), this led me into a career in fashion & textiles specialising in print/surface decoration, knitwear and felt making. My work has been featured in Italian Vogue and Trespass Magazine, I’ve had fashion shows at the Victoria & Albert Museum and have also shown at Somerset House and The Museum of London.
