Adam Blaxter is Norwich-born, Bristol-based, and has spent the last decade working on some of the most complex live events in the country through The Event Safety Shop. He's also a keen cyclist, a former sous chef, and someone who thinks food and cooking hold the secrets to every culture worth knowing.

He came to this trip through his work alongside The Live Crew. But his connection to the cause is something he's clearly thought about long and hard.

"This programme really resonates with me because it's seeking to provide safe spaces for girls to thrive - and spread opportunities throughout the rest of their lives."

Jack Webb is a telecoms engineer who works alongside the TLC crew across the festival season. He describes them as sound, hardworking, and always up to share a b**r - which, in this world, is about the highest praise there is.

This November, Jack is heading to Tilicho Lake at 4,920m. He's most looking forward to the experience. He's least looking forward to the altitude. And he's just convinced Lauren to climb Snowdon with him, so training is officially underway.

"I'm proud to be fundraising for the empowerment of women and girls in Nepal - I believe everyone should have the fair opportunity to shape their own future, no matter where they're from."

Lauren Raine is a freelance events producer whose summers wouldn't be the same without her friends on the TLC crew.

She is, by her own admission, nervous about pretty much everything heading into Nepal. She is also, by her own admission, a complainer and not a quitter. The rest of the crew have been warned.

"As an older sister, auntie, daughter and friend to the most incredible females - I've seen just how important it is that we all get equal opportunity to show up in this world and prove just how beautiful, impactful and powerful we can be in whatever way we choose."

As a crew boss, Alfie thrives on new challenges and new people. This November, he's taking on the biggest challenge yet - trekking to Tilicho Lake at 4,920m for A Sonic Adventure in Nepal.

George Smith joined The Live Crew four years ago after meeting Ross and Ollie at Knebworth. Since then, it's been a case of bigger challenges, better people, and always saying "yes" to the next adventure.

After climbing Kilimanjaro, George knows what this kind of trip demands - and knows, too, what it gives back. This November, it's the Himalayas. And this time, the goal is bigger than any summit.

"Women should have equal opportunity and the right support - especially in countries where they aren't represented as equals. Being part of something that could contribute to real change for these women feels incredibly meaningful."

Jade Nutton is a hairdresser from Leeds, working at her big sister's salon Renaissance. Her sister is her biggest inspiration - and the TLC crew, she says, have been part of her life since the very beginning.

She came to this trip through her partner's connection to The Live Crew. But her reasons for going are entirely her own. With a half marathon already behind her, training for Nepal is well underway.

"As a girl who has been supported and inspired by amazing women her whole life, it means a lot to be doing it for the girls."
