Our next guest for the mix series is Amsterdam based selector Chach, who we’ve had our eyes and ears on for quite some time. Chach is a serious UKG collector, often demonstrating his taste in music together with his crew Hidden Rooms, be it while throwing parties in the Dutch capital or broadcasting their residency on 1020 Radio. Enjoy this fine mix of darker 2-step and lovely weirdness from a heavy Friday night session with the dog asleep on the sofa, a chamomile tea in hand and a tasty pile of tunes.

The Dubs are finally back, and we've got a special one for you today. First up is Alfredo Romero, kicking things off from London with a firm declaration of groove. Second comes Swedish maestro Bænglund, showcasing an energetic, hypnotizing 2-step trekker bound to make any dancefloor pop. Track number three is blessed by well-kept Stockholm secret Alf Balder, coming through with a breaky blaster filled with funk and harmonic sweetness. Closing track is delivered by Ukraine producer and selector P V L V, wrapping up the third Dubs volume with a dark and psychedelic tint.

Summer is finally here and we're happy to invite Nicky Sahota – co-founder of UKG & house label U.K Hun? – for the ninth Bloc Mix episode. From his work on label releases with the likes of DJ Crisps and Arfa to his legendary Garage Hour mix, Nicky has proved to be an important actor in the UKG scene with his constant flow of good ideas and contributions. Expect plenty of sunshine riddims and 4x4 rollers in this one hour bomb of goodness – perfectly suited for a hot day and a cold beer.

Hey everyone, we’re excited to introduce the next Bloc Dubs volume. This one with Stockholm groovemaster Ari Bald presenting a hard 4x4 roller, followed by rising star Beth Alana churning forth a vibey 2-step number full of vocal stabs. Furthermore, we have Swedish wild card Diskotek+Apotek back for another round after receiving serious acclaim for ’All Gass’ on the previous volume. They bring two new steppers each flavored with its own eclectic theme, flirting with soul and dancehall over a familiar signature sound.

Coming from the city of Leeds, the names Hurrell, Peaky Beats and Pinder certainly need no introduction. Between the garage hours and some of the biggest 2020 releases they've had an unquestionable impact on the scene, each on their own. With the forming of Northern Division their energy has been focused into something new, which can be heard in their SnS Members Mix and speed garage track debut on Fraise Records. And this is only the beginning. We're really excited to have had these guys curate the Bloc Mix 006, giving us some forthcoming Peaky Beats sub label goodness among others. It's time for the next Bloc Mix, and for this one we're going back to Stockholm with our own Daniel Lien. A true creative with his mind constantly up to sneaky business, Daniel's been hosting parties and playing at most places in Stockholm and Gothenburg for the last few years. He also recently released a smooth 2-step track w/ Olle Hjelm under the name 'Ed Softy – Paper Thin' on renowned DimSumRecords, giving you a sense of his passion for shuffle-y dance music and UK garage in particular – just as these selections show.
