Luminous exhibition is now on at the Hare & Hound N1 for a 3-month residency. The exhibition brings together a dynamic collection of contemporary works by ArtCan artists, exploring light not only as a visual phenomenon, but as a conceptual and emotional force. Across painting, photography, and mixed media, the exhibition will reflect on how light shapes perception, atmosphere, and memory - particularly within the heightened sensory experience of summer.

If you’re local stop in for a pint and painting ☀️

We’re back to testing materials with sodium bicarbonate mixed with lemon juice (citric acid) and vinegar (acetic acid). I’m looking to artificially age leather and see what these natural acids will do to the leather fibres.

This comes as part of the collab with .leather for and .

We’ll check in at 48 hours and see what damage has been done and what else we can do to it!

FYI the leather really stank after this process 😷🤢
