Our 1st Rebel Zine Club of the year just went live: Love Letters To Palestine Zine-Making Workshop! 💘🍉❤️‍🔥📓

Join us for a 2 hour online zine-making workshop hosted by Shelby x .yassine_ In this session you’ll be invited to explore our digital zine series on the liberation movement for Palestine and use one of our zine kits to make your very own zine!

An alternative Valentine’s event…

Will you free my Palestine? So many of us are holding the weight of what’s happening in Gaza and across Palestine (as well as other global atrocities). We hope this workshop provides an opportunity to use creativity to express your solidarity. Guided by Palestinian artist, Malak Yassine, this workshop will offer opportunities for dicsussion, grounding, creativity + exploring ways we can all take action in the pursuit of liberation.

📓 Rebel Zine Club was once just a note in my journal zine and now it’s coming off the page to life. The idea is that anyone, anywhere can access the resources they need to create their own rebel zine. It’s like a book club but instead you read and make zines. You can do it solo or in a group. All you need is a zine kit (or access our resources online for free!) Packed with loads of exciting craft materials, stickers, zine guides + resources.

Zine-making saved my life. Not to be dramatic but it’s true. 6 years ago I was laid up in bed in agony. My heart was broken. My body felt broken. The world felt broken. I started making zines in my bed, raging at the world and wondering what the point was. Through these tiny pages I found power in my creative expression.

November 2024 📅 I made this zine exploring zine-making as a gift + as a lifeline. Zine-making as an educational tool. A way to share knowledge. Recording moments and recognising that moments make movements!
