Cinderella’s gone—the lucky brat’s living it up in the palace while her two stunning stepsisters, Olga and Agnes, are left wondering why they don’t get their happily-ever-after too! Join them on this magical, musical misadventure as they discover what it truly means to be “ugly”.

What Olga and Agnes don’t realise is that with each ingredient comes an important lesson, prompting the question… has the transformation already occurred? Packed with lush, original music, dazzling costumes, outlandish characters, and comedic madness, Apparently Ugly is a gleefully deranged fairytale for kids, adults, and anyone who’s ever felt not-quite-perfect. 🗣️CAST ANNOUNCMENT!🗣️

Please welcome Hannah who will be playing Olga at the Edinburgh Fringe! She will be joining Amber (Agnes), Elliott (Fairy Godfather) and Nicky (Mother). We can’t wait to start rehearsals!

Hannah is an Irish actress who recently graduated from the Royal Academy of Music with an MA in Musical Theatre (2025). Upon graduating, she originated the role of Brigid in the new musical “Irish Affair” written by Stuart Brayson and produced by Tim Rice at the National Opera House. Most recently, she played Shannon in the workshop of Steven Luke Walker’s new musical “Dirty Laundry”. Hannah is excited to join the cast of “Apparently Ugly” for their run at the Edinburgh Fringe.
