What must it take to produce a show such as The Mad Gay King we hear you ask? 📣 An Accomplished Woman, that's what.

Amanda Schulz is the chief behind it all, keeping everyone happy, supported and making whatever moves necessary to get the show as epic as we know it's going to be 👑

LA TV/Film producer Amanda (HBO, Netflix) has worked her way from the bottom of the film industry ranks to producer in (mostly) comedy television and done everything from sketch comedy shows to documentary film. This is an exciting step into the world of theatre in London, and we might be biased but she's doing a darn good job at it! ♥️

We can't wait to see where Amanda will take this show...maybe back to her hometown one day 😏✈️

This play marks the UK debut of our LA playwright, and originally written for their MA thesis at Goldsmiths, the play has since been developed at London’s Soho Theatre and Omnibus Theatre, and is currently in consideration for inclusion in the 2024 Ojai Playwright’s Conference⭐️

And news just in 🚨, Christopher has just been awarded a place in the prestigious Soho Theatre Writers' Lab for 2024/25!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 We know this is the first of many wonderful things that Christopher will write, so make sure you're in the room for this very special debut🌎
